General spit roast cooking times

Cooking on a spit roast is not an exact science.
Cooking time will vary depending on the diameter and weight of your spit roasted meat and the weather, however as a guide:

Lamb 30mins per Kilo
Pork 25mins per Kilo
Beef 20mins per Kilo
Chicken 45mins per Kilo
