A whole lamb ordered through Party Spit Hire is supplied fitted to the spit rod with the required brackets. Add the event date, suburb and desired serving time so delivery and collection can be planned.
Equipment-only hire suits experienced cooks who want to manage the charcoal and timing themselves. Charcoal can be added to the order if required.
For a more hands-off event, request on-site cooking and carving. We will confirm the venue requirements and work backwards from the serving time in the written quote.
